Community Survey Update
December 2024: Alderwoman Hadden and the 49th Ward Office hosted a community meeting regarding a proposed zoning change and variances for the property located at 7225 N. Greenview Ave on November 19th. This property was recently purchased by PACTT Learning Center and is intended for an expansion of their school programming. A recording of the community meeting can be viewed here.
A community survey regarding this zoning request received 25 responses. Of those responses, 72% were in favor of this zoning change request. Therefore, Alderwoman Hadden WILL APPROVE the zoning change application for the property at 7225 N. Greenview. You can view the survey responses above.

November 19, 2024 - Alderwoman Hadden and the 49th Ward Office hosted a community meeting regarding a proposed zoning change and variances for the property located at 7225 N. Greenview Ave. This property was recently purchased by PACTT Learning Center and is intended for an expansion of their school programming. A recording of the community meeting can be viewed here.
The applicant is seeking a zoning change from RT-4 to RM-5 and variances regarding rear and side setbacks and for a reduction of required on-site parking. These variances are necessary to construct an elevator on-site to provide accessibility to the whole building. Beyond the elevator, there will be minimal changes to the exterior of the building.

El 19 de noviembre, la Concejal Hadden y la oficina del distrito 49 organizaron una reunión comunitaria sobre un cambio de zonificación propuesto y variaciones para la propiedad ubicada en 7225 N. Greenview Ave. Esta propiedad fue comprada recientemente por PACTT Learning Center y está destinada a una expansión de su programación escolar. Puede ver una grabación de la reunión comunitaria aquí.
El solicitante busca un cambio de zonificación de RT-4 a RM-5 y variaciones con respecto a los retrocesos traseros y laterales y una reducción del estacionamiento requerido en el lugar. Estas variaciones son necesarias para construir un ascensor en el sitio para brindar accesibilidad a todo el edificio. Más allá del ascensor, habrá cambios mínimos en el exterior del edificio.
